1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the babu8i platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, betting services, and any associated features or content (collectively, the "Services"). The Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access or use any part of the babu8i platform.

By accessing babu8i, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by babu8i, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Your continued use of the platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes ongoing acceptance of the revised Terms.

babu8i reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, babu8i will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. 2 Eligibility

To be eligible to use the babu8i platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which babu8i has explicitly blocked access or indicated that its Services are unavailable.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the babu8i platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of babu8i, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

babu8i reserves the right to request age verification and identity documentation from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the time period specified by babu8i may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting services on babu8i, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to keep that information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Each player may hold only one registered account on babu8i. Creating duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account.

• babu8i will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

babu8i reserves the right to verify your identity at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Identity verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This process is a standard player protection measure and is not optional.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

babu8i supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are published in the platform's Payments section and are subject to change.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. babu8i does not accept deposits made by third parties on your behalf. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party payment account, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account within seconds for bKash and Nagad, and within standard banking timeframes for card and bank transfer methods.
• Withdrawals are processed subject to identity verification being complete and no pending bonus wagering requirements being outstanding.
• babu8i processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• babu8i reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the player's responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

babu8i offers various bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover requirement") that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to restricted game categories as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• babu8i reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or technical error.
• Abuse of bonuses — including through coordinated betting patterns, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, and IP address.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on babu8i are operated and certified by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The rules governing each individual game — including side bets, payout tables, RTP percentages, and special features — are set by the respective game provider and are displayed within each game interface.

By participating in any game on babu8i, you acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning equipment operated by live dealers.
• babu8i does not manipulate game outcomes. All games are independently audited for fairness by third-party testing laboratories.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the babu8i platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games for financial gain ("bug exploitation"). Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are not valid and will be voided.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the babu8i platform — including but not limited to the babu8i brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of babu8i or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the babu8i platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from babu8i.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, babu8i, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to platform unavailability, technical faults, or third-party payment processing delays outside of babu8i's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses attributable to your reliance on inaccurate game information, odds, or promotional materials where such inaccuracy was the result of a publishing error promptly corrected by babu8i.
• Any interruption to internet connectivity or mobile network access that prevents you from participating in a game or placing a bet.

babu8i's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the bet or transaction giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11 Privacy & Data

babu8i collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

babu8i will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or where necessary to provide the Services. 12 Account Termination

You may close your babu8i account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard identity verification.

babu8i reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• babu8i has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
• You fail to complete required identity or payment verification within the specified timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request has been received and confirmed for your account.

In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms, babu8i reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Balances obtained through fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited in full.

13 Amendments to These Terms

babu8i may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, babu8i will provide notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform before the revised Terms take effect and contact support to close your account in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which babu8i holds its gaming licence. babu8i operates as an offshore-licensed gaming platform; specific jurisdictional details are available upon request by contacting our support team.

In the event of any dispute between you and babu8i, you agree to first attempt resolution through babu8i's internal disputes procedure by contacting support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. babu8i will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or an independent alternative dispute resolution body as specified in the platform's Complaints Policy.
